Ashurst wins Innovation Award at the Law Awards of Scotland

The firm received the award in recognition of its NewLaw division, Ashurst Advance, and the work the team undertakes with clients to achieve their goals in delivering cost-effective and outcomes-orientated legal service delivery. Over the past year the team has delivered a number of significant initiatives including the launch of Ashurst's first digital product, ESGReady, developed in partnership with the firm's financial regulatory experts, as well as the design and delivery of an award-winning client solution for Coronavirus Business Interruption Loans jointly with the firm's global loans legal team, and the establishment of a Legal Transformation Programme to provide a more intensive approach to driving change. Further, this year also saw Ashurst Advance launch a ground-breaking career development framework specific to NewLaw professionals to help the next generation grow and excel in their careers.
