Investigations Focus 2023

Coral vortex

Hosted by Ashurst's Global Investigations Group

Following the success of our Investigations Focus series in 2022 and in response to your feedback, this year's series covers even greater ground: 17 speakers, over four weeks, combining legal and consultancy experts and guest speakers, and content focussed on investigations in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas.

Legal and compliance teams globally continue to face the challenge of managing and responding to complex internal and external investigations. Over the past year, we have seen an uptick in investigations activity driven by familiar financial crime triggers (fraud, bribery, and money laundering) but also by emerging risks (economic sanctions, supply chain, and psychosocial risk).

The series kicks off with an in-person event focussing on this year's hot topic – fraud - at our London office.

This programme is eligible for 1.0 hour of CLE credit per webinar and NY/CA credit is pending approval.
