Laura Ho named in The Lawyers Hot 100 List

London-based finance partner Laura Ho has been recognised as one of The Lawyer's Hot 100, a list which comprises the "UK’s most adventurous, most innovative and most dynamic lawyers, shaping the legal profession for many years to come."

Laura has been recognised for her formidable reputation as one of the go to advisers in the energy and infrastructure finance market and in mid-market leveraged finance. Her practice focuses on advising infrastructure investors on debt solutions across the capital structure, whilst remaining active supporting credit funds on mid-market leveraged buy-outs. She has acted on a number of significant mandates in the last year, including advising the underwriters on the £1 billion financing for the consortium acquisition of Fjord1, the UK's first major trust port refinancing for the Port of Tyne and the lender club on ICG's acquisition of Direct Ferries.

The growth of Laura's practice which she has maintained during challenging market conditions has led to The Lawyer describing her as having a "business-builder's mindset" and "at the top of her game".
